Nursing library is located on the ground floor in the building of Faculty of Nursing. It was established in 1992. It has acquired 4250 books till date. It directly, subscribes to popular magazines and newspapers. Journals pertaining to Nursing and related fields are subscribed by the HMS Central Library. On receipt of current issues of the journals, they are sent to the Faculty Library for 15 days. The back sets are maintained by the Central Library.

Books purchased as per recommendation of the Dean and the teachers of the faculty are processed by the Central Library and sent to the faculty library time to time. These books primarily, deal with the areas related to Nursing. The library is fully computerised and it is connected with the Campus Wide Area Network.Teachers and Students of the faculty are entitled to borrow books from the library during office hours.

Library rules in respect to borrowing of books by the members are same as applicable to HMS Central Library. Teachers, students and non-teaching staff are the members of the HMS Central Library and they can borrow books and other reading materials from the Central Library also. The members can utilise the reading room facility of the Central Library.
