The HILSR L. Rev. is an annual, peer-reviewed/refereed online journal that serves as a platform for legal scholars, practitioners, and students to publish high-quality legal research. Our mission is to promote intellectual discourse and contribute to the ongoing development of the legal field. Our Journal is not theme-specific, we welcome submissions from diverse fields of law. We encourage authors to contribute original research that addresses contemporary legal challenges and developments, particularly in areas that are evolving or underrepresented in traditional legal discourse. In recognition of the increasingly interconnected nature of legal issues, HILSR L. Rev. welcomes submissions that adopt an interdisciplinary approach, integrating insights from other disciplines with Law.
