Jamia Hamdard was declared as a Deemed to be University by the Govt. of India in 1989 on the recommendation of University Grants Commission under the UGC Act 1956.
Jamia Hamdard is accredited by NAAC in Grade “A+”.
Jamia Hamdard runs following Schools/Centres in main campus, One Off Campus in Kannur and Two Vocational Study Centres outside the campus.

Smooth conduct of examinations and timely declaration of results is one of the important activities of the examination section of Jamia Hamdard. Jamia Hamdard conducts Semester/End semester/Annual examinations as per respective bye-laws/regulations of councils/bodies and examination norms of Jamia Hamdard.
Total Number of Students appeared in final year during 2021-22 are 2550.
Total Number of students passed out in final year during 2021-22 are 2343.

  • (Setting of Question Papers, Internal Assessments, Conduction Semester/Annual Examinations, Evaluation of Answer Sheets, Tabulations, declaration of results etc.)

  • Examination process governed by the Rules & Regulations/Manual of Examinations of Jamia Hamdard and regulatory bodies.
