GUIDELINES FOR PROMOTION OF PERMANENT DOCTORS OF MAJEEDIA HOSPITAL UNDER CAREER ADVANCEMENT SCHEME

 

(Approved by the Executive Council in its meetings held on 02.04.1996, 16.07.1996 and 4.11.2006 and notified vide Circular Nos. Estab/LD/421 dated 24.04.1996 and Estab/LD/1034 dated 22.10.1996 and Estab/LD/1452 dated 12.12.2006).

A.        Date of implementation of the scheme for Specialist Grade :            4.11.2006

 B.            Guidelines

             SPECIALIST GRADE 

      (i).  

Specialist Gr. II

Rs. 3000-5000

(Revised Rs. 10000-15200)

By direct recruitment with the following qualifications:

    

a)      Post-graduate Degree with three years experience after obtaining P.G. Degree.

                                 OR

b)      Post-graduate Diploma with five years experience after obtaining P.G. Diploma.

 

     (ii).  

Specialist Gr. II

Senior Scale

Rs. 3700-5000

(Revised Rs. 12000-16500)

 

By promotion after completing four years of regular service in the pay scale of Rs. 3000-5000 (revised Rs.10,000-15,200), subject to seniority-cum-fitness.

   (iii).  

Specialist Gr. I

Rs. 4500-5700

(Revised Rs. 14300-18300)

By promotion after completing six years of service in the pay scale of     Rs. 3700-5000 (Revised Rs. 12000-16500) or total 10 years of service in the pay scales of Rs. 3000-5000 (Revised Rs.10000-15200) and Rs.3700-5000 (Revised Rs. 12000-16500) .

 

   (iv).  

Specialist Gr. I

Supertime Senior Administrative Grade

(Rs.16,400-22,400)

By promotion after completing four years of service in the pay scale of Rs. 4500-5700 (Revised Rs.14,300-18,300).

 

 

B.        Date of implementation of the scheme for Medical Officer/Clinical Registrar

           (Unani) :   1.4.1996 

2.       MEDICAL OFFICER/CLINICAL REGISTRAR (UNANI)

 (i)         Resident Medical Officer                                     By direct recruitment.

Rs.2200-4000

(Rs.8000-275-13500 - Revised)

 

(ii)        Resident Medical Officer                                       By promotion after completing six years of

(Senior Scale)                                                        service in the pay scale of Rs.8000-13500 on

Rs.3000-4500                                                        the basis of seniority-cum-fitness.

(Rs.10000-325-15200 - Revised) 

 

(iii)       Resident Medical Officer                                          By promotion after completion of six years of

(Selection Grade)                                                     regular service as Resident Medical Officer

Rs.3700-5000                                                        (Senior Scale) or on completion of 12 years of

           (Rs.12000-375-16500 - Revised)                            combined regular service as Resident Medical

                                                                                          Officer and Resident Medical Officer (Senior

                                                                                          Scale) of which at least three years shall be as

                                                                               Resident Medical Officer (Senior Scale).

 

3.                  Promotion shall be made subject to recommendation by a duly constituted Selection Committee.

 

C.           On completion of the required period of service as mentioned in the guidelines, the concerned doctors may submit application on the prescribed form with complete record of service/Bio-data through Medical Superintendent.
